Cheltenham Little League strives to provide every player the opportunity to participate; however, team space is limited. When a division reaches its maximum capacity, additional registrations will be placed on a waitlist.
First Come, First Served:
The waitlist operates strictly on a first come, first serve basis. Players will be offered open spots in the order that their waitlist registration was received.
No Guaranteed Placement:
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the league. Availability depends on roster space, team balance, and league capacity.
Notification of Acceptance:
If a spot becomes available, families will be notified via email. Please make sure the email address associated with your registration is current and checked regularly.
Payment Requirement:
Once notified of acceptance, payment must be completed before a player may participate in any team activities, including practices or games.
Payment Deadline:
- Families accepted from the waitlist will be given a specific payment deadline, which will be stated in the acceptance email.
- Payment must be received by the stated deadline to confirm your child's spot on the roster.
- If payment is not received by the deadline, the spot will be offered to the next player on the waitlist.
- Once payment is submitted and your player is added to a roster, all standard refund policies will apply.
