Step-by-step guide for registering a player

FAQs about registration deadlines and fees

Q. When does registration open and close?

A.  Registration for each season typically opens in early October and closes in late March. Exact dates are posted on our website and social media each year. (PLEASE NOTE: LATE REGISTRATIONS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED ONCE TEAMS ARE FULL).

Q. Can I still register after the deadline?

A.  Late registration may be allowed only if there are open roster spots in your child's division. A late fee may apply. Once teams are finalized, no additional players will be added.

Q. How much does it cost to register?

A. Registration feed vary by division and age group.

Fees help cover uniforms, equipment, field maintenance, insurance, and league operating costs.

Q. Are there any additional costs?

A. Most costs are included in the registration fee. Families may be responsible for:

Personal gear (gloves, cleats, bat, helmet, etc.)
Travel costs for travel/tournament teams.
Optional fundraising contributions or team events.

Q. Is financial assistance available?

A. Yes. We believe every child should have the opportunity to play baseball or softball. Families can apply for a scholarship or fee assistance program during registration. Please contact our registrar for more information.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

A. We accept credit/debit cards through online registration (preferred method). Limited cash or check options may be available by arrangement. Payment must be completed before your child is placed on a team.

Q. Can I pay in installments?

A. Yes, installment plans are available during online checkout. Families can spread payments across multiple dates before the season begins.

Q. What happens if I register and then my child can't play?

A. Refunds  request must be made before teams are drafted or uniforms are ordered. After that point, only partial refunds may be available to cover cost already incurred.

Q. Do I need to show proof of residency or age?

A. Yes. Little League requires each player to provide:

Proof of age (Birth Certificate).
Proof of residency or school enrollment within league boundaries.
PLEASE NOTE: THESE DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE UPLOADED DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
