Cheltenham Charge 10U Dominates Wildcats in Statement Victory

The Cheltenham Charge 10U delivered an impressive all-around performance on Monday, April 20, cruising to a commanding 16-2 victory over the Wildcats.

From the opening inning, Cheltenham set the tone offensively, combining timely hitting with aggressive base running to put constant pressure on the Wildcats' defense. The Charge finished the game with 10 hits and 16 runs, showcasing depth throughout the lineup.

Leading he offensive charge was Jayden, who had a perfect day at the plate, going 3-for-3 with 3 runs scored and 2 RBIs. Frainy also turned in a standout performance, tallying 2 hits, 3 runs, and a team-high 3 RBIs.

Contributions came from up and down the lineup, including Kellan, who added 2 RBIs, and Eliel, who chipped in with an RBI of his own. Players like David and Nolan created scoring opportunities by getting on base and crossing the plate multiple times, helping Cheltenham maintain momentum throughout the game.

On the mound, Frainy was dominant, pitching 3.2 innings, allowing just 2 hits and 2 runs, while striking out an impressive 9 batters. His command and ability to miss bats kept the Wildcats off balance all game long. Robbie came in to close things out, recording the final out and sealing the victory.

Defensively, Cheltenham Stayed sharp, backing up their pitchers with solid play in the field and limiting the Wildcats' scoring chances.
